The coroner’s office identified the man as Ira Johnson.

Height: 5 feet 10 inches / Weight: 220 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
