(L.A.) Ignacio Flores, 43, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ignacio Flores.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity
RIP IGNACIO FLORES (August 11, 1979 – February 17, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:44 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
