Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ian Orokos.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alcohol and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:45 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
Ian Orokos, was an amazing man and deeply loved by many; I pray they find the many who gave our son fentanyl and ran after our son died.
