Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as I Lin Ho.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death A: Hemoperitoneum
Cause of Death B: Status Post Liver Biopsy
Cause of Death C: Acute Liver Failure
Cause of Death D: Acute Viral Hepatitis, Clinical

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:05 a.m.
For this to be classified as an accident, the damage must have been iatrogenic.
