(L.A.) Holly Garcia-Saldivar, 20, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 20-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Holly Garcia-Saldivar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Asthma

RIP HOLLY GARCIA-SALDIVAR (October 6, 2002 – August 15, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental overdose.
