(L.A.) Hermelindo Medina Sampedro, 32, Died From Substance Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hermelindo Medina Sampedro.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:18 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.
