(L.A.) Hee Sook Park, 83, Died in a Nursing Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 83-year-old Asian female that occurred in a nursing home.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Hee Sook Park.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death A: Asphyxia
Cause of Death B: Neck Compression and Suffocation

The decedent’s name is Korean — forename Hee-Sook (희숙), surname Park (박). 박희숙
A male caretaker named Jianchun Li (dob 7/28/82) was charged with murdering the decedent and a fellow elderly woman at an assisted living facility.
The assisted care facility, identified as Happy Home Care, is located in the 23800 block of Sapphire Canyon Road in Diamond Bar.
Neighbors say there are usually eight elderly people living at the residence.
