(L.A.) Hector Jarquin, 40, Died From a Polydrug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hector Jarquin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

RIP HECTOR JARQUIN (September 29, 1984 – January 21, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:50 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
