Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Harold Burnett IV.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:08 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
