(L.A.) Hamilton Boyd, 34, Died in a Rehab Center

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a rehabilitation center.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hamilton Boyd.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Comibined Effects of Cocaine, Diazepam and Fentanyl
Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Alcoholism, Heroin, and Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:00 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
