Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Guillermo Pascacio.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Cause of Death C: Hemorrhagic Stroke

Cause of Death D: Hypertension

Other Significant Condition: Acute Alcohol Intoxication
