RIP GUILLERMO LOPEZ RUVALCABA (January 21, 1970 – October 2, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:20 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
Buerger disease is a rare disease of the arteries and veins in the arms and legs. In Buerger disease, blood vessels become blocked. This reduces blood flow to the affected areas. Blood clots may form in the blood vessels. Over time, the lack of blood flow damages or destroys skin tissue. The damage can lead to infection and even gangrene.
