The coroner’s office has identified the man as Guenther Schoen.

Cause of Death B: Coumadin Use for Atrial Fibrillation

Cause of Death C: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Coumadin is a brand name of warfarin, an anticoagulant or blood thinner that reduces the formation of blood clots.
