Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Shoemake.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 4:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
