The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Orr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:42 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 12.
