Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Montgomery.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:15 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
