(L.A.) Gregory Derisso, 29, Died Outside a Party

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black male that occurred on a street.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Gregory Derisso.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Perforating Gunshot Wound of Head
RIP GREGORY JUDNER DERISSO (September 23, 1995 – August 4, 2025)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.
The decedent was one of two people killed in a shooting that happened outside a warehouse party in downtown L.A. The other was Africa Johnson.
LAPD said the incident took place at around 1:00 a.m. in the area of East 14th Place and Paloma Street in DTLA.
