Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gonzalo Sotelo Hernandez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:40 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
