Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Gloria Beltran De Vasquez.

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

The decedent and her dog were fatally injured while walking outside a crosswalk in Pacoima.

LAPD said the incident happened at around 8:15 p.m. in the area of Osborne Street and Haddon Avenue.
