Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Glenn Quintana.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Alcohol Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:19 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
