The coroner’s office identified the woman as Gladys Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive Heart Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Acetaminophen and Benadryl
