(L.A.) George Saad, 70, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old “Middle Eastern” male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as George Saad.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hydrocodone and Chlordiazepoxide Use

Other Significant Conditions: Compression of Neck; Atherosclerotic Heart Disease; Hypertension; Bronchopneumonia
