(L.A.) George Quintanilla, 21, Died from Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as George Quintanilla.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Acetyl Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:15 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
