(L.A.) George Barnes, 81, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 81-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as George Barnes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Aspiration Pneumonia

Cause of Death B: Foreign Body Ingestion

Other Significant Condition: Dementia and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
