Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Genesis Pool.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 3, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
