(L.A.) Fredy Membreno, 46, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Fredy Membreno.

Manner and cause of death have not been officially announced by the medical examiner; the information will be added to this page as soon as it becomes available.

For some time Fredy had been experiencing trouble breathing. On May 1st the paramedics were called and tests discovered two pulmonary embolisms. While undergoing their removal on May 2nd he suffered complications and passed. The loss was extremely sudden and completely devastating. We thought he was going to make it.
