Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hotel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Freddie Dominguez.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:40 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
