The coroner’s office has identified the man as Frank Tejada.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Heroin Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:17 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
