(L.A.) Francisco Hernandez, 57, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Latino male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francisco Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Intoxication

RIP FRANCISCO HERNANDEZ (March 9, 1966 – November 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:42 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
