(L.A.) Francisco Alvarado, 74, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Francisco Alvarado.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Opiates Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:22 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was made public on October 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

It appears the decedent’s body was not prompty claimed, and so the county had a cremation done on October 9.

Note that there are multiple individuals named “Francisco Alvarado” in public records.
