Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a sidewalk encampment.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Flor Rodriguez.

Height: 5 feet 7 inches / Weight 150 pounds

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Phencyclidine
