Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Flavio Duarte.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:53 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 27, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
