(L.A.) Fisher Phalanders, 64, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Fisher Phalanders.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Combined Cocaine and Heroin Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Ferlandez Thomas.
