Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Latino male that occurred at an underpass.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fidel Silva.

Born in Riverside County, California. Mother’s maiden name is Valles.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
