(L.A.) Felnard Brown, 71, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 71-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Felnard Brown.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl

RIP FELNARD BROWN (May 12, 1951 – February 22, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:34 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
