(L.A.) Felix Graciani, 37, Died in a Tent

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Felix Graciani.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:07 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
