Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence in Inglewood.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fabrizzio Ghazaleh, domiciled at 1725 Camino Palmero St. #304, Hollywood, California 90046.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

The decedent was arrested in Polk County, Florida, when he was 20 years old. At the time, he was recorded as having stood 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 130 pounds. In the five ears after, he had at least five other arrests in Polk County — ranging from DUI to possession of drug paraphernalia.
He identified himself in October 2021 as a Palestinian named Fabrizzio Marcelino Ghazaleh.
