(L.A.) Eva Gonzalez, 58, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Eva Gonzalez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine Toxicity
Other Significant Conditions: History of Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, and Seizure Disorder

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
