(L.A.) Eugene Starkey, 69, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Latino male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eugene Starkey.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
