(L.A.) Erik Parker, 44, Died on a Train Station Platform

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black male that occurred on a train station platform.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Erik Parker.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication
RIP ERIK PARKER (August 21, 1978 – February 11, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 11:20 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 15, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. This was an accidental overdose.
