The coroner’s office identified the man as Eric Porras. Born in L.A. County.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The decedent was at Wasco State Prison in March 2024. He was picked up by LAPD in March 2025 for probation revocation.

His decade-long rap sheet included robbery, threats of violence, and grand theft auto.
