Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eric Moore.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Cocaine Toxicity

RIP ERIC MOORE (April 6, 1962 – May 28, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:49 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
