Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eric Ledbetter.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine, Cocaine and Fentanyl Toxicity
