Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eric Briceno.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Restraint with Conductive Energy Device and Neck Compression

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine Use
