The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emmanuel Evans.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Diabetes Mellitus; Obesity
