Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Eliberato Casillas Salazar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl and Oxycodone Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Lung Cancer
