Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eleodoro Gonzalez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Alcohol Intoxication

RIP ELEODORO GONZALEZ (September 27, 1992 – September 10, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:54 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive. This was an accidental overdose.
