(L.A.) Elbert Meadows, 50, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Elbert Meadows.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine
