The coroner’s office has identified the man as Efren Gutierrez Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Trauma

Cause of Death B: History of Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, Emphysema, Osteoporosis, Atrial Fibrillation
