(L.A.) Efrain Fragoso, 61, Died in a Motel 6

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a Motel 6.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Efrain Fragoso.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Intoxication

RIP EFRAIN FRAGOSO (March 16, 1962 – July 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:49 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 31, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
